• EBUS：pathologically confirmed #7 nodal metastasis

• PET-CT: no distant metastasis

• cT3N2M0

Diagnosis and clinical strategy:

• cT2N1M0

• Almonertinib for 10 months

• 2nd PET-CT: 

• Clinically down-staged with negative mediastinal LNs

• Post-operation: continue Almonertinib as adjuvant therapy

Pathology:

• pT1N2M0, IIIA

• Adenocarcinoma, EGFR 19 del

• Post-op LNs: stations 7(2/2), 9(3/4), 10R(1/4), 2R(0/3), 3A(0/2), 4R(0/1), 11(0/4),  13(0/5)
