Technique Description
1. Evaluate Anatomy
2. Measure/Estimate 1cm from Bladder Neck
3. Measure/estimate length pf prostate
4. Treatments approx. 1cm apart
OK to treat obstructing median lobe, but can overtreat proximally; keep distance from bladder neck
Be careful not to overtreat; stem travels 1.5-2cm within prostate
