Procedure steps:
Presentation of 120w Lumenis holmium laser machine with MOSES 2.0
Presentation of instruments
Cystoscopic assessment and anatomical landmarks
Apical early release and en-bloc enucleation using at the beginning MOLEP on the LEFT side and HOLEP on the right side
Morcellation
