Dr. Jara was a urologist at the Gregorio Marañón Hospital, professor of Bioethics at the Francisco de Vitoria University, associate professor of Health Sciences at the Complutense University of Madrid, member of the European Board of Urology and president of the Bioethics Association of Madrid. He has held various executive positions in scientific associations and received several awards for his work.
