Dr. Jordi Descarrega Román is a leading medical professional with an extensive career in the field of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the prestigious University of Barcelona, and subsequently specialized in Plastic Surgery at the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona, where he acquired advanced skills and knowledge in his field. His dedication and passion for medicine led him to specialized training in Microsurgery, which has allowed him to perform high precision procedures. Throughout his career, he has received notable recognitions, including the "Emili Letang" Award at the end of his residency in 2018, as well as a European "SME Instrument 2020" grant for his leadership in the Vessconnect development and validation project.
