Challenges and solutions for surgical trainees

Residents and clinical fellows are a vulnerable group of surgeons given the specific role they play in the surgical team. In this AIS channel session, we explore the challenges and solutions surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion for surgical trainees as they navigate surgical training.
