Technique Description

HbA1C: 5.9%

We will perform a Single Duodeno-Ileal Anastomosis with Sleeve Gastrectomy at 250 cm from the Ileo-cecal valve.
1. Dissection greater curvature and Duodenum
2. Sleeve Gastrectomy under a 54 French (18 mm) Bougie
3. Duodenum section
4. Bowel measurement at 150 cm form the ileo-cecal valve
5. 2 layers Duodeno-Ileal Anastomosis
6. Liver Biopsie
1. Gastroduodenal dissection
2. Sleeve Gastrectomy
3. Bowel measurement
4. 2 layers Duodeno-Ileostomy
