Technique Description
2 deliveries through infraumbilical midline caesarean sections
1) Adequate trocar placement
2) Colon release and identification and section of the ureter
3) Lifting of the renal lower pole and identification of the vascular pedicle
4) Careful dissection of renal vascular pedicle
5) Complete liberation of the kidney
6) Hand-assisted section of the vascular pedicle with hem-o-locks
7) Kidney perfusion with Celsior and bench surgery (preparation for robotic kidney transplantation)
